Concrete scanning is done for the purpose of locating underground utilities and conduit detection. This is a valuable and necessary tool in the construction industry because it is a safe, quick and effective method.
We do this when requested prior to concrete cutting or removal.

Laser Screeding/ Flat Floor Finishing
Joe’s Cement Work has the expertise and cutting-edge equipment to ensure flatter, stronger and more precise slab on grade concrete flooring. Laser screeds are self-propelled units with laser-controlled accuracy that ensure efficient leveling and vibrating of the concrete during pouring.
Power Trowels

Joe’s Cement Work is a family-business, founded by Joe Isabella in 1979. Joe immigrated from Calabria, Italy where he learned the cement trade. At the age of 21, Joe arrived in Windsor, Ontario and worked for a small, independent cement company. Eventually he began working for himself on weekends. He soon went on to start his own cement company, and Joe’s Cement Work was born.
